Dr. Morsy has more than 25 years of experience that cover strategic and operational expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Morsy brings to Rameda a wide range of experience in Finance, Business Planning and Strategy, Human Resources, Product Development, Sales, and Marketing. Prior to joining Rameda, Dr. Morsy was the country manager of Pfizer Egypt, which he joined in 1995, prior to which, he was a director at Schering-Plough in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Morsy holds a B.Sc of Pharmacy degree from Alexandria University, and an MBA from Arab Academy for Science and Technology, Alexandria, Egypt.

An experienced professional in the fields of corporate finance and investment banking, he brings extensive industry knowledge of the real estate sector as former CEO of Palm Hills Developments.

Mr. Abdel-Rahman is the Managing Partner of Compass Capital. With decades of experience in the financial services sector, Mr. Abdel-Rahman also has extensive industry knowledge of Egypt’s real estate segment, having spent five years as Co-CEO of Palm Hills Development. During his tenure with the company — one of Egypt’s leading prime real estate developers — he was instrumental in the successful turnaround of the firm. He is also the Founding Partner of Akanar Partners, a dedicated corporate finance and M&A advisory firm, serving as its Managing Director from 2010 to 2013. Mr. Abdel-Rahman has also held the post of Director and Co-Head of Beltone Investment Banking and Structured Asset Finance Associate at Citigroup’s London office. Prior to this, he held key posts with EFG Hermes and HSBC Egypt, where he began his career.
